Join TikTok Shop's FIRST Women-Owned Business Accelerator!
We aim to support women entrepreneurs to create, grow and reach your communities! In our very first women-owned business accelerator program, you'll gain exclusive access to course content from experts and personalized business coaching to grow your brand and its story.
The six-week program is designed to accelerate TikTok Shop's small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Selected participants will receive internal support from Tiktok Shop, participate in an exclusive course and receive expert coaching and guidance from our experienced partners, the Association of Women's Business Centers (AWBC) and award-winning entrepreneur, Tina Wells.

The Association of Women's Business Centers (AWBC) supports economic justice and opportunities for women entrepreneurs. The AWBC's nationwide network of Women's Business Centers provides training, mentorship, technical assistance and more to uplift women in business.
Tina Wells
Tina Wells is an entrepreneur, best-selling author, speaker and thought leader dedicated to empowering underrepresented founders. As Founder of the Conscious Commerce Initiative™ and Wellspring Studio, former director of Wharton's Leadership in the Business World Program and author of over 20 books, Tina offers 1:1 coaching to women entrepreneurs to reach their goals.

Week 3: Analyzing sales, forecasting, and identifying target benchmarks
Week 4: Growing your consumer base, analyzing social media metrics, and engaging influencers
Week 5: Developing and launching new products
Week 6: Expanding your business profitably
Soon: Grow your LGBTQIA-Owned Businesses
This Pride Month, Tiktok Shop is joining with StartOut, a nonprofit supporting LGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs to thrive in business. Program participants will receive resources, mentorship and networking opportunities, as well as membership to the StartOut Founders Program.
